67/365 seriously...
I'm so amazed by what new things this little guy can do every day! Today he said socks! He is trying to use a fork! Seriously!
I'm a Christian, wife, mom, and 5th grade teacher. I tweet @MrsBMG (education and life) and @bybmg (crafting). I also have a shop on Etsy.

Today I had a half day of professional development and the other half of the day off. My mom watched Henry in the morning, and then we went out to lunch. Who knew The Cheesecake Factory give babies a special "baby plate?" Fancy bread and banan slice are just up Henry's alley.
Today we went to my niece's birthday party. It's always a blessing to spend time with family.
Today we got our car back from being detailed/fully cleaned inside. We are trying to do the fiscally responsible adult thing and not have a car payment for a while, so we can save up cash for when we actually NEED one. We've been car payment free for over a year now.
Dishing out a little bit of dough for the detail will help me feel like it's not such an old car...it's really not, but the pavement is always smoother on the other side of the parking lot...or something like that. :)
This is how some of my students wanted to work on their writing today. As long as they're working, I'm happy!
My coworker gave me this mug for my birthday. It makes me smile. :)
There's nothing more peaceful...
I love Story People. I have two framed pieces in my living room. I was looking to add more to my collection and found these 3 cards while I was visiting my brother and sister-in-law a few weekends ago. They were only $1 per card, and they are 5x7s, so I bought some cheap frames, and up on the wall they will go! Way more cost effective than $30+ for framed prints.
I made my students cupcakes for my birthday treats. Yes, it's elementary school so we still do birthday treats. :)
